2. Description of Service

ScamGuarding is an AI-powered application that analyses incoming calls in real time to help you identify potential scams, fake KYC calls, and UPI fraud. The app provides warnings and risk indicators to support your decisions.

ScamGuarding is a protective aid, not a guarantee. It does not block calls on your behalf or make financial decisions for you. You remain responsible for the actions you take during any call.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ScamGuarding. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

4. Your Responsibilities

To keep the service effective and secure, you agree to the following.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Grant the permissions the app needs to analyse calls and deliver alerts.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included features are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the app store through which you purchased your subscription.

7. Limitations of Liability

ScamGuarding uses advanced AI, but no fraud-detection system is perfect. We do not guarantee that every scam will be detected or that legitimate calls will never be flagged. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScamGuarding is not liable for any financial loss resulting from your decisions during a call.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology within ScamGuarding are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems. You may stop using ScamGuarding and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of ScamGuarding will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use ScamGuarding after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
